Seems like it's working! I switched from the one-wheel roller and i feel like i need to get used to it a bit more. The handling is comfortable and i managed to get a good ab workout in. I needed time to get the hang of it because i wasn't expecting the rebound, you see. Other than that, it's a really good trainer and i recommend the seller.
I bought this to work out my abs as I have bad knees and sit ups bother me. After using this I needed to take a couple of breaks as my abs were so sore from the workout. I described this to my wife as a combination of planking and sit-ups at the same time. It really does a great job engaging and working out your core. I do not use the timer, but the unit itself is very beneficial.
Great design, it changes the fulcrum because it rests on your elbows, making it a little easier to do. The old design of a wheel on an axel is too far out and makes it excruciating to do. If you don't do it, you get no benefit. This makes it easier to do so I use it everyday. I can already tell a huge improvement in only several weeks of having it. Highly recommend it.
